OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE
To ensure the safety of staff and customers the following protocols have been developed.
Tours
- We strongly advise that tickets are purchased in advance.
- Numbers are limited to allow for social distancing to be maintained
Conference Visitors

- On arrival all clients and visitors to Clifton House are asked to complete a COVID 19 registration form to assist with traceability. This form will be kept in the strictest confidence and will only be held for the minimal period as required.
- All clients are asked to observe strict social distancing within conference rooms. Room capacities will be reduced to ensure social distancing
- Safe meeting practices are in place for clients as necessary with larger numbers ie oneway system in Boardroom
- Safe working practices have been introduced to reduce interaction with conference clients, visitors and staff.

Hygiene

- Signage is provided to ensure everyone is aware of the recommended hygiene practices
- Hand sanitiser is provided at various locations throughout the building
- Bathroom facilities reduced to one person at a time
- Increased training for those involved in food service
- Continued use of PPE in food service
- Staff requested to reduce items brought on premises
- Coat rail has been removed and clients are requested clients to hold onto all personal belongings.

Cleaning Protocols
- High volume touch points have been identified and are cleaned regularly throughout the day
- All conference rooms to be well ventilated throughout the day.
Communication

- Communicate with meeting clients re the issue of limited disabled access in light of restrictions
- Provide clear signage of room / client locations on arrival to reduce interaction with staff.
